How to make a refund

To make any returns go to "My returns" from the section of My account.


Return conditions

You can change or get a full refund for products that are damaged, defective or if the products you receive are not what you originally requested.

You can also request a refund if the product presents any difference to the photo presented on the website (Only Spain Peninsula and Balearic Islands).

We will send the carrier to pick it up and a new item will be sent or if you opt for the refund, a credit card will be generated.

These conditions of return are only valid for purchases made through, for Spain (Canary Islands) and other countries only the change is possible in case of defective product or product received by mistake.



The deadline for any return or change is 13 days from the receipt of the goods.

CLP reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or garments that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.


Once a change is made, can I return the new item?

Yes. You have three days from the receipt of the new merchandise.


Do I have to pay something to request an exchange or refund?

No, the returns for tare, defect or shipment of a wrong product are free.
